Before JG King is able to provide you with a fixed price for the construction of your home it will need to clarify whether there will be any additional costs to meet your specific requirements or as a result of factors such as those identified below.
In recent times, there have been frequent and significant increases in the cost of building materials. Further significant increases in the cost of building materials are anticipated, and such increases are likely to result in amendments to the estimated price for constructing homes in the future, particularly if there is likely to be a significant delay before construction can commence.
Prices are as per JG King Homes Variation Price Book (VPB) 122 issued on Wednesday 1st of May, 2024. All prices provided are inclusive of GST and Bushfire Attack Compliance level of 12.5. Prices nominated are for standard floor plan only and include no allowance for landscaping, or features such as planter boxes, pathways, driveways, and fencing. Alterations and upgrades outside of our standard inclusions will incur additional charges.
Home presenting in the above add is the Tide façade at an additional cost of $9,390 (inc GST).
Prices shown on our website do not include any allowance for site specific costs, recycled water connections (if required by developer), NBN connections nor any allowance for council or developer/estate guidelines and infrastructure levies, or the cost of land.
