The $10,000 titled land discount is available from 4th July 2023 and concludes on 31st July 2023. To qualify for the offer, you must: 

  1. sign a New Home Estimate and make an Initial Payment by 31st July 2023.
  2. Sign off all initial Sales Documentation (Job Pack) by 1st September 2023.
  3. Present your title issued for your land by November 1st, 2023.
  4. Sign your building contract and pay the deposit payable pursuant to that Contract by 15th December 2023; and
  5. Your build commences on site prior to 28th February 2024.

JG King Homes can guarantee your site start date by February 28th 2024, if you meet the following requirements. 

  • Your land is titled, settled and ready to build on by November 1st 2023.
  • All town planning, authority and developer approvals have been obtained by February 1st, 2024.
  • Written finance pre-approval satisfactory to JG King Homes from a banking institution by full approval by 28th February 2024. (pre-approval initially required when file submitted from sales.)
  • Your site must be accessible for soil testing and survey (if applicable) with trouble free site access by 1st November 2023.
  • You are to work with our team including consultants when reasonably required. 
  • Delays in signing documentation may void this guarantee. 

If all of these requirements are met, a Building Variation (BV) will be raised after the job goes to site, for the full promotional amount of $10,000.
