Your Home, Your Choice promotional offer applies to Alpha, John G. King and Allure Collection home designs only for deposits taken from 9 February 2026 until 30 April 2026. This offer is not applicable to Art or Up Collection home designs. The offer entitles the purchaser to select up to $65,000 of upgrades when they spend up to $15,000, based on the chosen collection. The following upgrade offers are applicable to the following collections:

Alpha Collection

• Up to $45,000 worth of upgrades for only $15,000

• Up to $30,000 worth of upgrades for only $10,000

• Up to $20,000 worth of upgrades for only $5,000

John G. King Collection
 

• Up to $55,000 worth of upgrades for only $15,000

• Up to $40,000 worth of upgrades for only $10,000

• Up to $30,000 worth of upgrades for only $5,000
   

Allure Collection
 

• Up to $65,000 worth of upgrades for only $15,000

• Up to $50,000 worth of upgrades for only $10,000

• Up to $40,000 worth of upgrades for only $5,000

   

All prices are inclusive of GST. This offer is applicable to standard floorplans only. Any modification to a standard floorplan may incur additional fees. All upgrade items are in lieu of standard, no substitutions or extras allowed, and no credits will be given if the total spent is under the promotional value.   This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or incentive and is limited in availability.  This offer cannot be applied as a discount. Where materials exceed the sum of upgrades elected, the purchaser may incur further charges in accordance with the recommended retail price. In the case of upgrade items not being available or discontinued at time of purchase, JG King reserves the right to select alternatives. All standard JG King Homes house designs can be constructed to achieve an 8-star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost provided the home is optimally orientated.  The decision as to optimal orientation shall be made by JG King Homes.  Any change to a standard design, including and not limited to floorplan choices and facade changes, may affect the NatHERS performance rating and may incur additional costs to achieve an 8 Star rating. Please talk with your New Home Advisor to see whether your home can achieve an 8 Star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost.
