TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promotion applies to select homes in the JG King Homes Alpha and UP Collections. 

This offer is only available in selected West Gippsland & South Gippsland estates. 

Available to deposits taken from 9th April 2026 and before 3rd May 2026. Greenfields only. 

The offer applies to land that is titled or titling within 2 months of deposit additional fees will apply to land titling after 2 months. 

Paperwork must be signed off within thirty (30) days of deposit, contracts to be signed within sixty (60) days of deposit and site start must commence within six (6) months of deposit. 

Any delays in land titling within 2 months of deposit will incur additional charges.

Colour selection must take place through colour boards (Up & Art) to ensure site start within six (6) months. 

For other ranges a Post Contract Variation for colour selections may be required to ensure site start within six (6) months.

This offer is applicable to standard floor plans only. No structural variations or NSV’s are allowed. 

Please note that BAL 12.5 is not included as part of this Gippsland Value Vault promotion. 

If the site is located within a designated bushfire zone, any additional requirements or upgrades associated with BAL compliance will incur extra costs, payable by the customer. 

All standard JG King Homes house designs can be constructed to achieve an 8-star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost provided the home is optimally oriented. The decision as to optimal orientation shall be made by JG King Homes. 

Any change to a standard design, including but not limited to floor plan choices and facade changes, may affect the NatHERS performance rating and may incur additional costs to achieve an 8 Star rating. 

Please talk with your New Home Advisor to see whether your home can achieve an 8 Star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost.
