The JG King Homes Spotlight Sale Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. Promotion Period 

This promotion is available on eligible new home contracts signed between 12 October, 2026 and 31 January, 2027 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility 

 This promotion applies exclusively to the following JG King home designs only:

• Banksy 16 – Art Collection,

• Spice 20 – Up Collection,

• Melrose 25 – Alpha Collection,

• Sanctuary 29 – Horizon Collection,

• Pemberton 32 – John. G King Collection,

• Lancaster 46 – Allure Collection.

Customers must pay a deposit and execute a building contract during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

Offer only available for first 50 homes sold in each collection.

3. Promotion Offer 

For the duration of the Promotion Period, one (1) home within each of the six (6) collections listed in clause 2 will be discounted from its standard list price, as follows:

• Banksy 16 – Art Collection: up to $10,000 off,

• Spice 20 – Up Collection: up to $10,000 off,

• Sanctuary 29 – Horizon Collection: up to $12,000 off,

• Melrose 25 – Alpha Collection: up to $40,000 off,

• Pemberton 32 – John. G King Collection: up to $47,000 off, and

• Lancaster 46 – Allure Collection: up to $55,000 off.

The discount is GST inclusive.

The discount applies to the base house price only and excludes land, site costs, options, upgrades

and any other costs not expressly included in the base price. 

The discount is applied as a reduction to the contract price at the time of signing and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another design or collection, or combined with any other discount on the same design.

As set out in clause 2, only the first 50 eligible contracts signed within each collection during the Promotion Period will receive the discount. Once 50 eligible contracts have been signed for a collection, the discount for that collection ends, even if the Promotion Period is ongoing.

4. Combination with Other Offers 

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other JG King Homes offer, promotion, discount or incentive. 

5. Withdrawal and Variation 

JG King Homes reserves the right to withdraw, extend or alter this promotion and its packs, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without notice.

6. Marketing Materials and Images 

Whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure the accuracy of information provided in all marketing materials, all images are for illustration purposes only. Images used in connection with this promotion, including the facades may depict upgraded items not offered in this promotion and may include fixtures, finishes or features not supplied by JG King Homes.

7. 8 Star NatHERS Energy Rating 

All standard JG King Homes house designs are constructed to achieve an 8 Star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost, provided the home is optimally oriented. The decision as to optimal orientation shall be made by JG King Homes.

Any change to a standard design, including but not limited to floor plan choices and facade changes, may affect the NatHERS performance rating and may incur additional costs to achieve an 8 Star rating.

Please speak with your New Home Advisor to confirm whether your home can achieve an 8 Star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost.
