* Conditions apply. The ‘Ready to Go Homes’ promotional offer applies to Up Collection and Art Collection home designs only for deposits taken from 4th
to 31st March 2024. This offer is not applicable to Alpha, John G. King or Allure Collection home designs and is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.

This offer is applicable to JG King build regions only. Speak to your JG King New Home Advisor for build region boundaries, region surcharges may apply. This offer is available for titled blocks of land only. To qualify for the offer, you must: 

  1. sign JG King’s New Home Estimate Form and paid the Initial Payment specified in that form by 31st March 2024;
  2. have a title issue for your land by April 1st 2024;
  3. sign your building contract and pay the deposit (balance of 5%) payable pursuant to that Contract by 1st July 2024; and 
  4. have your build commence on site prior to 1st of September 2024 

JG King Homes can guarantee your site start date by September 1st 2024 if you meet the following requirements. 

  1. Your land is titled and ready to build on by April 1st 2024.
  2. All town planning, authority and developer approvals must have been obtained by 1st July 2024.
  3. You have written finance pre-approval satisfactory to JG King from a banking institution at point of sale, and provide formal approval or proof of funds by 1st August 2024.
  4. Your site must be accessible for soil testing and survey (if applicable) with trouble free site access by 1st April 2024.
  5. You are to work with our team including consultants when reasonably required. 
  6. Delays in signing documentation may void this guarantee. 

If all of these requirements are met, a Building Variation (BV) will be raised, when the job goes to site for the $14,010 (The difference between the retail value of all items [$24,000] and what we are offering them to you for $9,990) 

Up Collection Single Storey Home Designs : Upgrade pack up to the retail value of up to $23,337 including GST (based on the Spice 246 home design) at a cost to the customer of $9,990 including GST.

Up Collection Double Storey Home Designs: Upgrade pack up to the retail value of up to $28,116 including GST (based on the Commander 326 home design) at a cost to the customer of $9,990 including GST.

Art Collection Single Storey Home Designs: Upgrade pack up to the retail value of up to $18,695 including GST (based on the Beckett home design) at a cost to the customer of $9,990 including GST.

Art Collection Double Storey Home Designs: Upgrade pack up to the retail value of up to $22,892 including GST (based on the Nolan home design) at a cost to the customer of $9,990 including GST.

The offer entitles the purchaser to the following:

  1. 2550mm Ceiling to Single storey or First Floor of Double storey
  2. Laminate Flooring to Kitchen, Dining, Main Living and Entry/Hallway PLUS Category 1 Carpet to Bedrooms, Secondary Living & secondary Hallways (design specific)
  3. Plain Concrete Paving to Driveway, Porch and Path (up to 35m2)
  4. 20mm Stone benchtops to Kitchen (standard layout), Bathroom & Ensuite
  5. Overhead cupboards to Kitchen (Standard layout)
  6. Westinghouse WSF6606xa Dishwasher to Kitchen including connections & installation
  7. Austral Fold Down 29m Clothesline, colour to match selected UP Colour Scheme
  8. Freestanding Metal Letterbox on heavy duty post, style & colour to match selected UP Colour Scheme

All upgrade items are in lieu of standard.

The offer is applicable to standard floorplans only. Any modification to a standard floorplan may incur additional fees. No substitutions, extras or credits allowed.
