JG King “Metro Edition” Banksy 16 with Nest Façade at $210,000

The promotion applies to JG King Banksy 16 with Nest Façade only. This offer is available on Metro Melbourne greenfield sites only. The advertised price is a fixed price for six (6) months from initial deposit. A 3 month base price extension of $2,500 applies for untitled land to nine (9) months of deposit. Paperwork must be signed off within thirty (30) days of deposit, and contracts must be signed within ninety (90) days of deposit. Site start must commence within six (6) months of deposit. Colour selection must take place through a colourboard option. The Banksy 16 includes the Art Range standard inclusions. Any upgrades or variations beyond the Art Range standard inclusions will incur additional costs. The Nest Façade is included as standard for this home. This offer is applicable to standard floor plans only. Any modification to the standard floor plan will incur additional fees. The advertised price includes the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) where the purchaser is eligible and subject to government approval.
