Make The Right Move promotional offer applies to Alpha, John G. King and Allure Collection home designs for deposits taken from 5 October 2024 until 20 December 2024. This offer is not applicable to Art or Up Collection home designs and is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.

The offer entitles purchaser to select up to $60,000 (including GST) of upgrades when they spend up to $15,000 (including GST), based on the chosen collection. The following upgrades offers are applicable to the collections:

Alpha Collection

  • Up to $40,000 worth of upgrades for only $15,000
  • Up to $32,000 worth of upgrades for only $9,000
  • Up to $25,000 worth of upgrades for only $5,000

John G. King Collection

  • Up to $50,000 worth of upgrades for only $15,000
  • Up to $42,000 worth of upgrades for only $9,000
  • Up to $35,000 worth of upgrades for only $5,000

Allure Collection

  • Up to $60,000 worth of upgrades for only $15,000
  • Up to $52,000 worth of upgrades for only $9,000
  • Up to $45,000 worth of upgrades for only $5,000

All upgrade items are in lieu of standard, no substitutions or extras allowed, and no credits will be given if the total spent is under the promotional value. This offer cannot be used on site costs. The offer cannot be applied as a discount. Where materials exceed the sum of upgrades elected, the purchaser will incur further charges in accordance with the recommended retail price. In the case of upgrade items not being available or discontinued at time of purchase, JG King reserves the right to select alternatives. The upgrade offer is applicable to standard floorplans. Any modification to a standard floorplan will incur additional fees. The pricing in the Make The Right Move promotional brochure is based on Swanston 19 house design from Alpha Collection. Pricing is subject to change.
