1. Promotion Period

 This promotion is available on eligible Initial Payments paid between 1 June 2026 and 27 September 2026 (inclusive) subject to earlier termination of this promotion (“Promotion Period”). Consult your New Home Advisor (NHA) for explanation of the Initial Payment. 

2. Eligibility 

This promotion applies exclusively to homes in the JG King Alpha Collection. Customers must pay the Initial Payment by the end of the Promotional Period 

3. Promotional Packs 

The following packs are available within this promotion: 

3.1  Free Style Package (Complimentary — valued at up to $27,000) 

The Free Style Package is included at no additional cost for all eligible Alpha Collection customers who pay a deposit during the Promotion Period. No paid pack purchase is required. The Free Style Package includes the following items: 

• 2550mm Ceiling Height (single storey homes only)
• Single Storeys – Category 1 Laminate flooring to Entry, Kitchen, Meals, Family, Category 1 Carpet to the remainder of the home •    Double Storeys - Category 1 Laminate flooring to Entry, Kitchen, Meals, Family, Category 2 Carpet to the remainder of the home
• 20 x LED Downlights
• 20mm Category 1 Caesarstone benchtops to Kitchen & vanities throughout (Excluding Laundry)

3.2  Optional Upgrade Packs 

Eligible customers may elect to purchase one or more of the following upgrade packs at a cost of $3,000 per pack. Each pack must be selected at the time of signing paperwork. 

Lifestyle Package — Pay $3,000 

• Driveway — Coloured Concrete Paving (up to 35m²)
• Clothesline — Austral Fold Down Standard 29m (wall mounted)
• Letterbox — Freestanding Post Mounted “Ripple” 

Valued at up to  $6,300* 

Kitchen Package — Pay $3,000 

• 40mm Caesarstone Edging to island — Category 1
• Waterfall ends x 2 — 40mm Caesarstone, Category 1
• Undermount Sink — Memo Hugo Double Bowl (Product No. 2402706)
• Dishwasher — Westinghouse WSF6606xf

Bathroom Package — Pay $3,000 

• Privacy Locks  — x 3 to Bathroom, WC and Master Bedroom
• Freestanding Bath — Posh Bristol 1760 x 800 x 590mm Freestanding (Product No. 9504384)
• Shower Niche — 700mm x 500mm x 2 (Ensuite and Bathroom)
• Floor to ceiling tiles to Master Ensuite and 1 Bathroom (including square set ceiling)
• Larger Shower to Ensuite including screen — 1800mm x 900mm, including tiled window reveal (if applicable) 

Valued at  up to $4,600* 

Finishes Package — Pay $3,000 

• 2340mm high internal doors
• 2340mm Sliding Robe Doors (Smart Robe)
• 2700mm Ceiling height (ground floor only) 

Valued at up to $6,400* 

* Values of all Package prices promoted in promotional material have been calculated using the Williams 47 home design. Actual value of each upgrade pack will depend on the particular home you select. 

Note: 

3.3    Your choice of promotional pack(s) must be made in the building contract entered into. Selection of additional pack(s) is not available after the building contract has been entered into. 

3.4    References to Categories are to JG King’s categories for the products identified. Please speak to your sales consultant for details of the products which fall within each category. 

3.5    All prices stated are inclusive of GST. 

4. Pack Conditions

• Each pack must be taken in its entirety. Individual items within a pack cannot be substituted, exchanged or omitted.
• Pack selections cannot be changed once the building contract has been executed.
• If any upgrade item included in a pack is unavailable or discontinued when required to be installed, JG King Homes reserves the right to select a substitute of equivalent value.
• Unused items within a pack are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other substitution. 

5. Combination with Other Offers 

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or incentive. The promotion is limited in availability. 

6. Withdrawal and Variation 

JG King Homes reserves the right to withdraw, extend or alter this promotion and its packs, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without notice. 

7. Marketing Materials and Images 

Whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure the accuracy of information provided in all marketing materials, all images are for illustration purposes only. Images used in connection with this promotion may depict upgraded items not offered in this promotion and may include fixtures, finishes or features not supplied by JG King Homes. 

8. 8 Star NatHERS Energy Rating 

All standard JG King Homes house designs within the Alpha Collection are constructed to achieve an 8-star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost, provided the home is optimally oriented. The decision as to optimal orientation shall be made by JG King Homes. 

Any change to a standard design, including but not limited to floor plan choices and facade changes, may affect the NatHERS performance rating and may incur additional costs to achieve an 8-star rating. 

Please speak with your New Home Advisor to confirm whether your home can achieve an 8-star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost.
