Golden Ticket promotional offer applies to Alpha, John G. King and Allure Collection home designs for deposits taken from the 6th of January 2024 until the 31st of March 2024.
The offer entitles purchaser to:
- Alpha Collection Single Storey $23,000 off the base price
- Alpha Collection Double Storey $25,000 off the base price
- John G. King Collection $30,000 off the base price
- Allure Collection Single Storey $37,000 off the base price
- Allure Collection Double Storey $40,000 off the base price
Home prices mentioned are based on Geelong build region, surcharges apply to other areas. All prices are inclusive of GST. This offer is applicable to standard floorplans only. Any modification to a standard floorplan will incur additional fees.
JG King Homes can deliver all STANDARD house designs to achieve 7 Star Energy Efficiency on any orientation.
If changes are made from STANDARD house designs JG King Homes cannot guarantee achievement of 7 Star compliance.
JG King Homes will deliver windows that are the same size and same location in all their home designs. To achieve 7 Star compliance all windows will be made from European Styled (uPVC) Double Glazing. The glazing will come with a Low E Coating.
JG King Homes can deliver homes throughout Victoria as depicted in JG King Homes build zone regions map.
As standard all JG King Homes will deliver European Styled (uPVC) Double Glazed windows as standard. The glazing will come with a Low E Coating.
When JG King Homes refers to windows and doors it includes all windows, rear sliding doors, and sliding laundry doors. External swing doors and side lights will remain Timber with Timber frames.
