TERMS & CONDITIONS
The JG King Homes 40th Birthday Giveaway is conducted by JG King Homes Pty Ltd (ABN 21 006 627 210) of 261 Salmon St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility: Open to Australian Residents aged 18+ except employees of JG King Homes and their immediate families.
Promotional Period: Entries open at 9am AEST on Friday 30 May 2025 and close at 5pm on Friday 18 July ("Promotional Period").
How to Enter:
During the Promotional Period, entrants must:
- Take an original photo featuring any aspect of their JG King Homes (including construction stages, display home or design features)
- Upload to Instagram as a post or Story
- Tag @jgkinghomes in the content
Prize: One (1) $1,000 AUD Bunnings Voucher (Valid for 1 year). Prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by JG King Homes representatives at 261 Salmon St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 on Wednesday 23 July at 10am based on creativity and authenticity. The winner will be notified via the social media account used to enter within 48 hours and must respond within 7 days to claim.
