The 'Birthday Sale' promotion applies to select homes in the JG King Homes collections. Discounts apply only on select homes for deposits taken from 5 April 2025. Offer only available for first 40 homes sold in each collection. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
The offer entitles the purchaser to the following discounts in each collection:

John G. King Collection

Up Collection
