8 Star Homes

All standard JG King Homes house designs can be constructed to achieve an 8 Star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost provided the home and garage is optimally orientated.

The decision as to optimal orientation shall be made by JG King Homes.

Any change to a standard design, including and not limited to floorplan choices, facade changes, may affect the NatHERS performance rating and may incur additional costs to achieve an 8 Star rating.

Please talk with your New Home Advisor to see whether your proposed home is classified as standard and can achieve an 8 Star NatHERS performance rating at no additional cost.

30% Less Energy is based on the Nationally Accredited NatHERs Energy Efficiency Assesment which found that an 8 Star Home will use 30.5% less energy when compared to a 7 Star Home.
